Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit možnost výroby keramických filtrů suchým lisováním a vybrat vhodný granulát a jeho optimální vlhkost vhodnou pro tento způsob výroby. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je vysvětlen význam používání keramických filtrů ve slévárenství. Dále je zde přiblížená technologie výroby keramických směsí a technologie vytváření keramických filtrů přetokovým lisováním a suchým lisováním. V praktické části je popsán postup výroby a zkoušení zkušebních vzorků. Porovnává se vliv různých druhů keramických směsí, vlhkostí směsí a různých režimů výpalu na fyzikálně-mechanické vlastnosti keramického střepu. Výstupem bude navrhnout hmotu o dané vlhkosti, která by byla vhodná pro vytváření suchým lisováním. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate possible production of ceramic filters made by dry pressing and to choose suitable granulate and its optimal moisture proper for this way of production. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the meaning of the usage of ceramic filters in a foundry industry. Further more, the technology of ceramic mixtures production and the technology of ceramic filters production made by wet pressing and dry pressing is drawn near in this thesis. The practical part describes the production process and the testing of experimental samples. The influence of different kinds of ceramic mixtures, their moisture and different modes of burning is compared to physical-mechanical features of ceramic potsherd. The output is to design a material with a set of typical features which would by suitable for dry pressing production.
