Cílem této práce bylo vytvoření počítačového modelu, který by simuloval průběh experimentu prováděného na aparatuře SA CRDS. Program má dva vý- sledky. První je určení koncentrací složek plazmatu v aktivním výboji. Druhý výsledek je teplota elektronů po vypnutí výboje. K vytvoření modelu bylo po- třeba určit probíhající interakce a jejich rychlostní koeficienty. V této práci je důležitá metoda chemické kinetiky. 1 The aim of this work was to create a computer model that would simulate the process of the experiment performed on the apparatus SA CRDS. The program has two resuls. The first is determination of the concentrations of plasma's species in the active discharge. The second result is electron temperature in the afterglow. To create the model we needed to determine ongoing interactions and their rate constants. The method of chemical kinetics is important in this work. 1
