The contribution deals with an application of ESPI for measuring a deformation profile of a thin steel plate loaded by a focusing a ruby laser beam. Monitoring of the normally loaded test-object determined Michelson-type ESPI sensitive to out-of-plane displacement. Příspěvek pojednává o aplikaci elektronické spekulové interferometrie (ESPI) pro měření deformačního profilu.
