[cze][eng] Práce popisuje a analyzuje dobrovolnické aktivity vybraných občanů středně velké obce. Teoretická část přináší přehled teoretických konceptů dobrovolnictví a současných fenoménů v této oblasti. Je zde představen model kolektivního a reflexivního dobrovolnictví a jeho využití při zkoumání dobrovolnických motivací, závazků a vazeb na prostor, tradici či organizaci z perspektivy modernizace společnosti. Empirická část propojuje prostřednictvím odpovědí informátorů koncepty kolektivního a reflexivního dobrovolnictví s praxí. Záměrem bylo na základě pohledu aktérů aplikovat konkrétní typologii dobrovolnictví v kontextu obce jako prostoru, který může dobrovolné aktivity iniciovat, ale být jimi i formován. The theoretical part provides overview of theoretical concepts of volunteering and contemporary phenomenon in this area. The collective and reflexive volunteering model is introduced as a research tool focused on volunteer motivations, commitments and relations to place, tradition or organization from the sociological modernization perspective. The empirical part connects collective and reflexive volunteering concepts with praxis via the answers of informants. Using participants' perspective, the goal was to apply specific volunteer typology in the context of a municipality, perceiving it as a space which can both initiate volunteer activities as well as to be formed by them.
