Má bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přípravu pracovníků Domova pro dětský život na rozšíření cílové skupiny. Jedná se o azylový dům s neveřejnou adresou, který nabízí své služby těhotným ženám a matkám s dětmi. Záměrem je rozšířit cílovou skupinu o ženy, které se spolu se svými dětmi staly obětmi domácího násilí, neboť díky neveřejné adrese zde již několik takových žen o pomoc žádalo. Sociální práce s těmito ženami má však zajisté svá specifika, cílem práce tedy je objasnit, co všechno pracovníci Domova pro dětský život potřebují k tomu, aby mohli s těmito ženami a příp. jejich dětmi pracovat. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část, které obsahují celkem pět kapitol. Teoretická část představuje obecně domácí násilí, specifika práce se ženami - obětmi domácího násilí a Domov pro dětský život. Praktická část obsahuje metodologii, analýzu a interpretaci dat získaných skrze rozhovory s odborníky z oblasti domácího násilí a s pracovníky Domova pro dětský život. My thesis is focused on training of the stuff of Home for Children's Life for extension of focus group. It is a shelter with secret address that offers services to pregnant women and mothers with babies. The intention is to extend the focus group of women and their babies - victims of domestic violence, because thanks to the secret address several women asked in this shelter for help. Social work with these women is specific. The aim of this thesis is to clarify what the stuff of Home for Children's Life need to be able to work with these women and their babies. My thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part containing five chapters in total. The theoretical part explains general domestic violence, specifics of working with women - victims of domestic violence and Home for Children's Life. The practical part contains research methodology, analysis and interpretation of primary data obtained through interviews with experts in the field of domestic violence and with the stuff of Home for Children's Life.
