(česky): Bakalářská práce Paliativní péče z pohledu pečujícího profesionála lůžkového hospice se zabývá paliativní péčí v lůžkovém hospici, postojem ošetřujícího personálu ke smrti a umírání a vlivem jeho hodnot a potřeb na kvalitu hospicové péče. Teoretická část shrnuje specifika paliativní péče a zátěžové situace pracovníků. Výzkumná část se formou kvalitativních rozhovorů zaměřuje na problematiku péče v lůžkových hospicích z pozice ošetřovatelského personálu. (in English): The thesis Palliative care from the perspective of hospice caring professional concerns the hospice palliative care, the attitudes of caring professional towards death and dying and an effect of the values and needs on the quality of hospice care. The theoretical part defines the specifics of the palliative care and stressful situations of the staff. The practical part focuses on the hospice palliative care issues through the qualitative research from the perspective of hospice staff.
