Presented work deals with theoretical analysis of deposited energy distribution as a function of sensitive volume dimensions. As an input data, particle tracks simulated using the MC code TRIOL are used. The frequence and dose lineal energy distributions calculated for spherical sites of 3, 30, and 1000 nm diameters for electrons, protons, alfa particles are presented and discussed. Prezentovaná práce se zabývá teoretickou analýzou distribucí deponované energie v závislosti na velikosti citlivého objemu. Jako vstupní data slouží stopy nabitých částic simulované MC kódem TRIOL. Frekvenční a dávkové distribuce lineální energie počítané pro sférické objemy s poloměrem 3, 30, and 1000 nm pro elektrony, protony a alfa částice jsou prezentovány a diskutovány.
