NÁZEV PRÁCE: Stimulace sdílené pozornosti u dětí s pozitivním screeningem autismu ve věku 17-30 měsíců za využití metody VTI AUTOR: Mgr. Romana Straussová KATEDRA: speciální pedagogika ŠKOLITEL: prof. RNDr. PhDr. Marie Vágnerová, CSc. ABSTRAKT: Předmětem disertační práce je výzkum vlivu modifikované intervenční metody VTI aplikované v rodinách 16 dětí s poruchou autistického spektra (PAS) ve věku 17-30 měsíců při vstupu do projektu. Intervence a následné sledování vývoje probíhaly v průběhu let 2011-2016. Cílem práce bylo prokázat, zda je možné pozitivně ovlivnit vývoj dítěte s autismem bez využití intenzivní terapie vedené profesionálem, pouze za využití behaviorálního tréninku rodičů a na základě podpory attachmentového chování. Předmětem hodnocení výzkumu byl jak dosažený vývoj dítěte, tak prožívání rodičovské role otců i matek ve vztahu k postižení jejich dítěte. Výsledky výzkumu byly překvapivě pozitivní. 38 % (6 dětí) z klinického obrazu autismu vystoupilo, 25 % (4 děti) nadále spadalo do klinického obrazu vývojové dysfázie, 31 % (5 dětí) spadá do obrazu PAS, hraničního typu, s výrazným zlepšením v mnoha sledovaných oblastech. Pouze 1 dítě zůstalo i nadále plně v klinickém obrazu PAS. Míra rodičovské spokojenosti byla ovlivněna především osobnostními charakteristikami rodičů a jejich schopností... ABSTRACT: The subject of this dissertation is research of the impact of the modified VIG intervention method applied in 16 families with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), the children being at the age of 17-30 months when entering the project. The intervention and subsequent monitoring of the development took place during the years 2011- 16. The aim of the study was to determine whether it is possible to positively influence the development of a child with autism without the use of intensive therapy guided by a professional, using only parent behavioral training and with the support of attachment behavior. The subjects of research evaluation were the degree of the child's development and the father's and mother's experience with parental roles in relation to the child's disability.
