Název: Temperament a jeho zohlednění při tvorbě tréninkových jednotek v tenise u mladších žáků. Cíle: Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit temperament svěřenců, aplikovat ……………...modelové tréninkové jednotky a vyzkoumat, jak moc ovlivňují ……………...jejich sportovní výkon v tréninku. . Metody: V práci je používána metoda subjektivního pozorování, metoda analýzy výtvarného projevu, metoda posuzování pomocí numerické posuzovací škály a dotazníkové šetření zjišťující subjektivní pocity svěřenců z odtrénované tréninkové jednotky. Výsledky: Zjistil jsem, že nejčastěji se vyskytuje temperament sangvinika, kolem padesáti procent, nejméně potom temperament melancholika. Dále jsem vypozoroval, že by temperament opravdu měl být nedílnou součástí u tvorby tréninkových jednotek v tenise u mladších žáků. Téměř u všech testovaných (14/15) bylo vidět kladné přijetí tréninku při jednotkách dělaných pro jejich temperament a naopak záporné při jednotkách opačných. Stejně tak to bylo s efektivitou a nasazením mladších žáků během tréninku. Keywords: Svěřenci, tenis, temperament, tréninková jednotka, psychika. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to determine temperament of pupils, to apply . model training unit and find out how much influence their athletic . ……………. performanece during training. . Methods: In this paper is use subjective method of observation, analysis methods of artistic expression, assessment method using a numerical rating scales and questionnaires investigation detecting subjective feelings from treined unit. Results: I found that the most frequently occurring is sanguine temperament, around fifty percent, then the least frequent is melancholic temperament. I also observed that temperament should really be an integral part in the creation of training units in tennis for younger pupils. Almost all tested (14/15) has seen positive reception during training units offs of their temperament and negative using opposing units.
