Bakalářská práce pojednává o sanaci rodiny a spolupráci sociálních pracovníků odboru sociálně-právní ochrany dětí městského úřadu Náchod s pracovníky nestátní neziskové organizace Salinger o. s. První část práce si dává za cíl objasnit základní pojmy, týkající se problematiky sanace rodiny (rodina, ohrožená rodina, postoj státu vůči rodinám, ohrožené dítě, sociálně právní ochrana dětí, legislativa související s ochranou práv dětí, orgán sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, sanace rodiny, multidisciplinární tým, představení neziskové organizace Salinger, poskytující službu sanace rodiny v Královéhradeckém kraji). Dalším cílem práce je popsat funkci těchto dvou právně odlišných institucí a nastínit, jaké jsou vhodné podmínky pro jejich vzájemnou spolupráci. Druhá část práce je především analýzou zjištěných údajů a interpretací rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky NO Salinger o. s. a OSPOD Náchod. Tato průzkum si dává za cíl zjistit, jak probíhá vzájemná spolupráce mezi těmito dvěma organizacemi, jak pracovníci tuto spolupráci hodnotí a v čem podle nich kvalitní spolupráce spočívá. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) Bachelor thesis deals with the support of the family and the collaboration of social workers from the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children of the Municipal Authority in Náchod with the workers of nongovernmental organization Salinger. The first part is aimed to explain the basic concepts concerning the issue of support of the family (family, family at risk, the attitude of the state towards families, child at risk, social and legal protection of children, legislation relating to the protection of children's rights, the authority of social and legal protection of children, support of families, multidisciplinary team, presentation of Salinger, a nonprofit organization providing services dealing with family in Hradec Kralove region). Another aim is to describe the functions of these two legally distinct institutions and outline what are the appropriate conditions for their cooperation. The second part is mainly composed of observed data analysis and interpretation of interviews with social workers of Salinger and workers of the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children of the Municipal Authority in Náchod.
