Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivačními a demotivačními faktory, které ovlivňují práci všeobecných sester a jejich spokojenost. Cílem výzkumu je zmapování motivačních a demotivačních faktorů, které ovlivňují pracovní výkonnost všeobecné sestry v Oblastní nemocnici Kolín a. s. Pro výzkum byla vybrána metoda kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník je vlastní konstrukce a představuje písemně sestavené otázky na předem připraveném formuláři. K tvorbě dotazníku byly použity výstupy z několika výzkumů s podobnou problematikou. Na základě mého výzkumu jsem zjistila, že mezilidské vztahy u všeobecných sester patří mezi velmi silné motivační faktory, ale pokud jsou vztahy špatné a nefunkční působí demotivačně a sestry je označily jako důvod pro změnu zaměstnavatele. Za nejsilnější motivační faktor bylo sestrami označeno uznání od pacienta. Vzhledem k tomu, že výzkum byl kvantitativní povahy a zpracovával výsledky z celé nemocnice, bych doporučovala výzkum zopakovat s odstupem času a zaměřit se na preference jednotlivých oddělení a specifika jejich motivačních a demotivačních faktorů. Dále doporučuji výzkum doplnit o zjištění faktorů pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců, tak jak jsou uspokojovány zaměstnavatelem. klíčová slova: všeobecná sestra, výzkum, motivace, demotivace, spokojenost sester,... This thesis discusses the motivational and demotivational factors that influence the work of nurses and their sense of satisfaction. The aim of the research is to map the motivational and demotivational factors that affect work performance of the Kolin Regional Hospital. The research's chose quantitative method was done by survey. The questionaire and it's contents were prepared by the author. The creation of the questionaire was based upon several similar surveys. Based on the author's research, it was found that interpersonal relationships among nurses were among the most powerful motivational factors; conversely, dysfunctional interpersonal relationships were the strongest motivational factors for changing employers. Another one of the strongest motivational factors was positive feedback from the patients. Since the research was quantitative in nature and covered the entire hospital, it is the author's opinion that the study should be repeated periodically and further focus on individual departments to better determine motivational and demotivational factors that affect work performance and overall job satisfaction. It is also suggested by the author that further research be conducted to compare outcomes of both employees and employers. keywords: nurse, research, motivation, demotivation,...
