Předložená práce se zabývá problémem z oblasti zpracování obrazové informace pro aplikaci v násobném snímání bižuterních kamenů. Cílem je vyvinout metodu preprocessingu a následné matematické registrace snímků, která přispěje ke zvýšení efektivity a úspěšnosti výstupní kontroly kvality kamenů. Za~tímto účelem práce matematicky popisuje digitální obraz a shrnuje některé teoretické základy obrazové registrace. Poté je navržena metoda, jenž každý jednotlivý snímek upraví tak, aby bylo usnadněno jeho následné zpracování. Pomocí obrazové registrace pak vygeneruje jeden snímek pro každý hodnocený kámen. Implementace metody se realizuje pomocí software MATLAB. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) Presented thesis deals with a problem from the field of image processing for application in multiple scanning of jewelery stones. The aim is to develop a method for preprocessing and subsequent mathematical registration of images in order to increase the effectivity and reliability of the output quality control. For these purposes the thesis summerizes mathematical definition of digital image as well as theoretical base of image registration. It proposes a method adjusting every single image to increase effectivity of its subsequent processing. One image for every evaluated gemstone is generated using image registration.
