Transplantace ledviny je stále nejúspěšnější metodou léčby selhání ledvin. Kromě možnosti získat orgán od zemřelého dárce se díky lepším výsledkům dostává opět do popředí transplantace od žijících dárců. Transplantace od žijícího dárce je možné naplánovat a má méně komplikací. Nespornou výhodou je možnost jejího provedení ještě před zahájením dialýzy-preemptivně, což zaručuje nemocnému až dvojnásobné přežití v porovnání s přežitím na dialýze. Empirická část práce je zpracována metodou případové studie charakterizující průběh hospitalizace o žijícího dárce ledviny, která popisuje pooperační a ošetřovatelskou péči o příjemce štěpu transplantované ledviny. Záměrem bakalářské práce je seznámení s ošetřovatelskými postupy v péči o pacienty po transplantaci ledviny od žijícího dárce a podaní uceleného přehledu o problematice transplantací ledvin. klíčová slova: Transplantace ledviny - predialýza - žijící dárce - ošetřovatelské postupy - intenzivní péče - péče o příjemce ledviny Kidney transplantation is still the most succesful method of kidney failure treatment. Transplantations from living donors get ahead of transplantations from cadaveric donors due to better results. Transplantations from living donor can be planned and have less complications. Indisputable advantage is the possibility to perform transplantation before the onset of dialysis-premptively, which provides up to twice better patient survival compared to survival on dialysis. The empirical part is elaborated using the case study describing hospital stay of living kidney donors which describes the postoperative and specific nursing care of kidney transplant recipient.
