Smyslem rigorózní práce na téma "Výkon práv z ochranné známky na území ČR a USA" je přinést souhrnné poznatky na poli ochrany práv duševního vlastnictví v kontextu ochrany proti neoprávněným zásahům do práv k ochranným známkám a nekalé soutěže, která je přes jedno století uznávaná na základě revize Pařížské úmluvy jako součást průmyslově právní ochrany neboli ochrany práv duševního vlastnictví, a to ve světle národní úpravy, úpravy Společenství a právní úpravy Spojených států amerických. The purpose of the thesis " Enforcement of a trademark rights in the territory of the Czech republic and the USA" is to provide a comprehensive knowledge in the field of intellectual property right protection withi the context of the protection against unauthorized intervention into the trademark protection and in connection with unfair competition, which is over a century recognized under revision of the Paris Convention as a part of the industrial property protection or the protection of intellectual property rights, alltogether in light of national legislation, Community legislation and the legislation of the United States.
