Diplomová práce "Nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti ve světle zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením" se zabývá institutem aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti obsaženým zejména v zákoně č. 435/2004 Sb., o zaměstnanost. Ve své první části práce nastiňuje širší kontext aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, a to ve vztahu k právu na práci, politice zaměstnanosti jako pojmu nadřazenému a postavení osob se zdravotním postižením v českém právu i mezinárodních dokumentech. V druhé části pak popisuje a hodnotí právní úpravu jednotlivých nástrojů, přičemž klade především důraz na možnost jejich užití při zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Zabývá se přitom nejen nástroji specificky zaměřenými na podporu zaměstnanosti osob se zdravotním postižením, jimiž jsou pracovní rehabilitace a chráněná pracovní místa. Věnuje se i obecným nástrojům aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, jako jsou například rekvalifikace, investiční pobídky, společensky účelná pracovní místa a sdílené zprostředkování zaměstnání. Cílem práce je analyzovat jednotlivé nástroje a podat co nejucelenější obraz o problematice podpory zaměstnanosti osob se zdravotním postižením. Přitom práce čerpá zejména ze zákona o zaměstnanosti a navazujících předpisů, odborné literatury a dokumentů vydaných Ministerstvem práce a sociálních věcí, do jehož... Tools of the Active Labour Policy in the Light of Employment of Persons with Disabilities Abstract The Diploma Thesis "Tools of the Active Labour Policy in the Light of Employment of Persons with Disabilities" deals with the institute of the Active Labour Policy contained foremost in the Act No. 435/2004 Coll., the Labour Act. The first part of the Thesis outlines a wider context of the Active Labour Policy, especially its relationship to the right to work, to the Labour Policy as to its parent concept and to situation of the Disabled as in the Czech legal regulation and international documents. The second part describes and evaluates the legal regulation of individual tools, while the focal point is the possibility of their use in the employment of persons with disabilities. It deals not only with the tools specifically designed to support the employment of the Disabled, as the rehabilitation and the protected working places. It also pursues general tools of the Active Labour Policy, as e.g. the requalification, the investment incentives, the socially expedient working places and the shared employment mediation.
