Autor: Natálie Dianová Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou: plastika předního zkříženého vazu Cíle práce: Cílem bakalářské práce je kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou: plastika předního zkříženého vazu. Metody: Bakalářskou práci jsem rozdělila do dvou částí. Obecná část obsahuje poznatky z oblasti anatomie, kineziologie a biomechaniky. Dále zahrnuje informace z oblasti traumatologie kolenního kloubu, klinického vyšetření, diagnostiky, příčin poranění, léčby, následné rehabilitace, fyzioterapeutických vyšetřovacích metod a rehabilitace v jednotlivých fázích léčby včetně cílů terapie. Speciální část byla vypracována na základě souvislé odborné praxe absolvované v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu ve Vysočanech v období od 28. 8. do 25. 9. 2015. Obsahem této části je podrobné zpracování kazuistiky pacienta po plastice předního zkříženého vazu. Zahrnuta je zde také anamnéza, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán, průběh jednotlivých terapií, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a závěrečné zhodnocení efektu terapie. Methods: The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts - a general part and a special part. The general part includes information from the areas of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics, knee-joint traumatology, clinical examination, injury causes, therapeutic possibilities, subsequent rehabilitation, physiotherapeutic examination methods, and rehabilitation in the individual phases of treatment, including therapeutic goals. The special part was carried out based on practical experience at the Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in Vysočany between August 28 and September 25, 2015. It includes a detailed case study of a patient after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. It also contains the patient's medical history, initial kinesiological analysis, short-term and long- term physiotherapeutic plans, individual therapies, final kinesiological analysis, and final assessment of the therapeutic effect.
