Petra Svačinová, Ph.D. Posluchač: Michaela Přeučilová Název diplomové práce: Porovnání viskoelastických vlastností směsí laktosy a různých typů kluzných látek s využitím testu stresové relaxace Tato diplomová práce se zabývá viskoelastickými vlastnostmi farmaceutických pomocných látek a pevností tablet, které z těchto látek byly vyrobeny. Teoretická část je věnována popisu laktosy a kluzných látek použitých v experimentální části, dále je popsána lisovatelnost tablet a energetický profil lisování. Závěr teoretické části je věnován problematice stresové relaxace s metodami jejího hodnocení a vliv stresové relaxace na tablety s obsahem laktosy a kluzných látek. Experimentální část se zabývá sledováním viskoelastických vlastností dvou typů laktosy a jejich směsí s různými typy kluzných látek v koncentraci 1%. Tyto vlastnosti se hodnotily s využitím testu stresové relaxace. Všechny tablety byly lisovány při dvou lisovacích silách 13 kN a 15 kN s časovou prodlevou 180s. U získaných parametrů elasticity A1-A3 a plasticity P1-P3 se sledovaly rozdíly mezi oběma typy laktos, vliv kluzných látek a vliv různých lisovacích sil. Petra Svačinová, Ph.D. Student: Michaela Přeučilová Title of Thesis: A comparison of viscoelastic properties of mixtures of lactose and different lubricants using the stress relaxation test This diploma thesis deals with viscoelastic properties of pharmaceutical excipients and tensile strength of tablets made of these excipients. Theoretical part is dedicated to description of lactose and lubricants, further the tablets compressibility and compression energy profile are described. The end of theoretical part deals with the stress relaxation test, with evaluation methods and the stress relaxation test influence on lactose tablets with different types of lubricants as well. The experimental part deals with the evaluation of the viscoelastic properties of two types of lactose and their mixtures with different types of lubricants at concentration of 1%. These characteristics were evaluated by stress relaxation test. All tablets were compressed by compression forces of 13 kN and 15 kN with dwell time 180 seconds.
