Rodinná politika a reprodukční chování v zemích Visegrádské čtyřky po roce 1990 Abstrakt Pokles plodnosti v postkomunistických zemích již byl podroben mnoha výzkumům. Cílem této diplomové práce je porovnat vývoj plodnosti a rodinné politiky v zemích Visegrádské čtyřky (Česká republika, Maďarsko,Polsko a Slovensko) a zjistit, jak se po roce 1990 odlišovaly přístup k rodinné politice a reakce na změnu společenských podmínek. V práci je popsáno nastavení jednotlivých rodinných dávek včetně jejich proměn ve zkoumaném období 1990-2013. Na základě přijímaných opatření rodinné politiky a ekonomického vývoje jsou vymezena a zhodnocena dílčí 5letá období. Analýza plodnosti je zaměřena na průběh úhrnné a konečné plodnosti, plodnosti podle pořadí a podle věku. Působení efektu období bylo odhadováno age- period-cohort (tzv. APC) modely, které dekomponují míry plodnosti na vliv věku, vliv období a vliv kohorty. Modely byly vypočteny z dat o plodnosti žen ve věku 25-49 let v České republice, Maďarsku a Slovensku. Výsledky ve všech 3 zemích nasvědčují tomu, že pokles plodnosti v období 1995-1999 byl reakcí na změnu společensko-ekonomických podmínek v letech 1990- 1994. Negativní efekt období však zmírňovaly změny v kohortním rozložení. Období 2000-2004 přineslo řadu pozitivních změn, které stály za navýšením plodnosti v... Family policy andreproductive behaviour in the VisegradGroup states after 1990 Abstract In post-communist countries, the fertility decline has been already subjected in many researches. Aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse trends in fertility and family policy in the Visegrad countries. The goal was to find out how the post-1990 approach on family policy and response to changing social conditions differed in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. The study describes settings for each family benefits including the changes in the examined period of 1990-2013. On that basis 5-year periods were defined and assessed. The fertility analysis is focused on the total and completed fertility rate and also by parity and age-specific fertility rates. The period effect was estimated using age-period-cohort (APC) models which decompose fertility rates for age, period and cohort effects. Models were based on fertility of women aged 25-49 years in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. Results in all three countries suggest that the decline in fertility in 1995-1999 wasa reaction to the changing socio-economic conditions in 1990-1994.
