(teze): Východiska: Bývalé Československo bylo známo svými výzkumy halucinogenů a jejich používáním při léčbě v psychiatrické praxi. V posledních několika letech LSD a jiné halucinogeny opět zažívají renesanci. V současné době se vědci znovu vrací k výsledkům tehdejších výzkumů a snaží se na ně navázat. V České republice došlo podle studií mezi roky 2002, 2004 a 2008 k nárůstu celoživotní prevalence u všech drog v obecné populaci. U LSD byl více než 2,5 násobný růst mezi rokem 2002 a 2008 (z 2,2 % na 5,6 %). Stejně vysoký nárůst byl zaznamenán i u halucinogenních hub, které byly sledovány jen v roce 2004 a 2008. Cíle: Cílem výzkumu bylo zmapovat vybrané aspekty a vzorce užívání lysohlávek a LSD u psychiatrických pacientů v PN v Dobřanech, zjistit, jací pacienti mají s těmito psychedelickými látkami zkušenost, jaké vzorce a důvody užívání lysohlávek a LSD je možno sledovat u těchto pacientů, jaké fyzické a psychické problémy mohou u uživatelů lysohlávek a LSD nastat a jak se s nimi vyrovnávají a pokusit se z tohoto výzkumu vyvodit nějaká doporučení, která by mohla být využitelná z hlediska preventivní práce s léčenými pacienty, popřípadě jinými klienty hlavně z řad dospívající mládeže. Metody a soubor: Byl proveden průzkum formou polostrukturovaného interview na souboru 37 pacientů PN v Dobřanech... Backrounds: Former Czechoslovakia was known for the studies of halucinogens and their use in cure in psychiatric care. In the last couple of years LSD and other halucinogens have been coming to renaissance again. Nowadays researchers are returning to these theories and they are trying to follow these studies. In the Czech Republic according to studies conducted in 2002, 2004 and 2008, there was an increase in the use of all drugs in general population. For example there was an increase of 2.5 times more of use between 2002 and 2008 (from 2.2% to 5.6%). The same increase showed the use of halucinogen mushrooms that were monitored only in 2004 and 2008. Objectives: The main point of the whole research was to map aspects and patterns of the use of magic mushrooms and LSD and monitor the outcome on these patients, also monitor their physical and psychiatric problems. The study monitors how each person deals with their use and solutions that can be used in prevention with patients especially among growing population are tried to be found.
