NÁZEV: Možnosti protetického vybavení pacientů s transfemorální amputací hrazeného z veřejného zdravotního pojištění CÍLE: Cílem této práce je podat ucelený přehled protetického vybavení dospělých pacientů s transfemorální amputací, které jsou v současnosti v České Republice dostupné ze zdravotního pojištění. Doplněním k teoretickému přehledu jsou kazuistiky tří pacientů vyššího věku, jimž zvýšení mobility umožnilo dosáhnout na speciální pomůcku. METODY: Základem analytické části práce je literární rešerše a sběr dat z odborných technických listů. Praktická část je zpracována na základě osobní zkušenosti, konzultací s odborníky a záznamů ke každému případu. VÝSLEDKY: Výsledkem práce je sumarizace informací vztahující se k sestavení různých typů TF protéz pro dospělého člověka bez zvláštních nároků. The theoretical overview is supplemented by three case studies of elderly patients whose improvement of mobility helped them to get special prostheses. METHODS: The basis of the analytical part is literary research and data collection of technical data sheets. The practical part is based on personal experience, consultation with experts and records of each case. RESULTS: The result of the work is a summarization of information related to the assembly of various types of TF prosthesis for adult patients with no special demands.
