Eva Čápová Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Možnosti ovlivnění stability chůze u geriatrických pacientů Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou terapie poruch chůze u geriatrických pacientů. Dobrá stabilita je základním předpokladem kvalitní chůze. Jelikož stabilní a kvalitní chůze je důležitá k zachování soběstačnosti, má fyzioterapie v této oblasti velký význam. V teoretické části je popsán geriatrický pacient z celkového pohledu a dále je uveden výčet možností, kterými můžeme chůzi ovlivnit. Praktická část obsahuje případovou studii dvou vybraných pacientek s cílem ověření jedné z možností ovlivnění stability chůze v praxi. Byla zvolena metoda senzomotorické stimulace. Terapie proběhly v časovém úseku čtrnácti dní. Obě pacientky absolvovaly 10 terapií, kdy každá trvala přibližně 30 minut. Pro porovnání byly zvoleny standardizované testy popsané v teoretické části. Výstupní testování potvrdilo zlepšení, bylo dosaženo lepší stability a jistoty při chůzi u obou pacientek. Good stability is a fundamental prerequisite for quality gait. The stable and quality gait is key to preserve the self-sufficiency, therefore the physiotherapy bears great importance. The theoretic part aims at the geriatric patient and lists possibilities how we can influence the stability. The practical part contains the case study of two patients with the goal to verify one of the possibilities how to influence stability in the real life. The method of senzimotor stimulation was choosen. The terapies were going on in two weeks. Both patients had undergone ten therapies and every took approximately 30 minutes. For comparison, we have used standardized tests which are described in the theoretical part. The output testing confirm the improvement, was achieved better gait stability and certainty in both cases. Key words: geriatric patient, stability, gait, walking investigation, sensorimotor
