KAZUISTIKA FYZIOTERAPEUTICKÉ PÉČE O PACIENTA PO CÉVNÍ MOZKOVÉ PŘÍHODĚ S LEVOSTRANNOU HEMIPARÉZOU Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo získání teoretických poznatků o cévní mozkové příhodě a vypracování kazuistiky pacientky po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě s levostrannou hemiparézou.. Souhrn: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá cévní mozkovou příhodou. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V obecné části je popsána definice cévní mozkové příhody, anatomie cévního zásobení mozku a klasifikace cévních mozkových příhod, jejich diagnostika a léčba. Následující kapitoly se věnují komplexní rehabilitační péči o pacienta po CMP včetně popisu vhodných speciálních fyzioterapeutických metod. Ve speciální části je zpracována kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po CMP s levostrannou hemiparézou. Tato část obsahuje kompletní kineziologický rozbor, průběh terapií a závěrečné zhodnocení. Podklady pro zpracování speciální části byly získány v období 5. 1. - 5. 2. 2015 v rámci praxe v zařízení Vršovický zdravotní a.s. pod vedením magistra Tomáše Hrdého. CASE STUDY OF THE PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENT OF A PATIENT AFTER STROKE WITH LEFT HEMIPARESIS Aims: The aim of this thesis was to gain theoretical knowledge about stroke and the development of case study of a patient after ischemic stroke with left hemiparesis. Summary: This bachelor thesis deals with the stroke. The thesis consists of two parts. In the general section is described the definition of stroke, anatomy of the blood supply of the brain and classification of the stroke, its methods of diagnostic and treatment. The following chapters solve the comprehensive rehabilitative care for patients after stroke, including a description of special appropriate physiotherapy techniques. The special part is about a case study of the physiotherapy care of the patient after stroke with left hemiparesis. This part contains a complete kinesiology analysis, course of treatment and final evaluation. Data for processing the special part were obtained in the term 5. 1. - 5. 2. 2015 during the clinical practise in Vršovická zdravotní a.s. under supervision of Mgr. Tomáš Hrdý.
