Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část pojednává o problematice dyslipoproteinémií a jejich klasifikace. Obecně popisuje složení jednotlivých druhů lipidů a jejich metabolismus. Zaobírá se rizikovými faktory aterosklerózy a původcem vzniku kardiovaskulárního onemocnění. V neposlední řadě podrobně rozebírá léčbu dyslipidémií, tj. farmakoterapii, shrnuté zásady dietoterapie, dodržování správné životosprávy a poukazuje na preventivní opatření. Ve výzkumné části je cílem reálně ověřit informovanost a úroveň stravovacích návyků klientů po stavech srdeční a cévní nedostatečnosti. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and research. The theoretical part deals with the issues dyslipoproteinemia and their classification. generally describes a composition of different types of lipid and versatile metabolism. Discusses about the risk factors of atherosclerosis and the originator of cardiovascular disease. Finally analyzes in detail of treatment of dyslipidemia, ie. Pharmacotherapy and summarize the principles of diet therapy, adherence to proper diet and draws attention to preventive measures The aim of the research part is real verification of awareness and level of patient's eating habits after cardiac and vascular insufficiency.
