SHRNUTÍ Rigorózní práce je zaměřena na systematický výklad problematiky skončení pracovního poměru a pojmů s ním bezprostředně souvisejících. První kapitola je zaměřena na obecné definování pracovního práva, jakožto právního odvětví upravující skončení pracovního poměru. Druhá kapitola byla věnována vztahu mezi zákoníkem práce a občanským zákoníkem. Ve třetí kapitole byly zmíněny nejdůležitější mezinárodní dokumenty týkající se předmětu práce. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola byly zaměřeny na hlavní zásady pracovního práva a na subjekty pracovněprávních vztahů. Šestá kapitola vymezuje způsoby skončení pracovního poměru, přičemž sedmá kapitola obsahuje povinnosti subjektů pracovněprávních vztahů souvisejících se skončením pracovního poměru. The first chapter focuses on a general definition of labor law, as a legal branch covering the termination of employment. The second chapter was devoted to the relationship between the Labour Code and the Civil Code. In the third chapter were mentioned the most important international documents on the subject of the thesis. The fourth and fifth chapters were focused on the main principles of labor law and it's entities. The sixth chapter describes ways of termination of employment, while the seventh chapter contains the duties of the subjects of labor relations related to termination of employment.
