Cílem práce je literární rešerše na téma zobrazování objektů v rámci buněčné biologie pomocí mikroskopických technik (elektronová mikroskopie, konfokální mikroskopie). Práce stručně popíše vývoj mikroskopických technik ve 20. století a zaměří se na diskuze týkající se objektivity zvolených technik a problematiky důvěryhodnosti a interpretace výsledů získaných tímto typem pozorování. The aim of this thesis is to review the literature on the topic of the visualization of objects in the realm of cell biology by means of various microscopy techniques (electron microscopy, confocal microscopy, etc.). It will describe the development of microscopy techniques during the 20th century and focus on discussions dealing with the objectivity of selected techniques and the trustworthiness of results gained by this means of observation.
