Název diplomové práce: Klinická efektivita Schultzova autogenního tréninku na elektrickou aktivitu mozku Cíle práce: Cílem diplomové práce je analýza vlivu Schulzova autogenního tréninku na mozkovou činnost hodnocenou pomocí EEG. Způsob řešení problému: K získání dat byla vytvořena experimentální studie obsahující výzkumný vzorek 11 participantů ve věku 20-30 let, bez rozdílu pohlaví. Participanti nacvičovali pomocí identické audionahrávky Schultzův autogenní trénink jedenkrát denně po dobu devíti týdnů. Záhy po ukončení nácviku autogenního tréninku byli všichni podrobeni jednorázovému měření EEG přístrojem Nicolet. Měřena byla elektrická aktivita mozku před autogenním tréninkem, v jeho průběhu a po ukončení. Ze získaných EEG dat byly v programu NeuroGuide vybrány bezartefaktové epochy, ze kterých byla ve stejném programu provedena koherenční analýza a rychlá Fourierova transformace. Koherenční analýza poskytla grafy mapující elektrickou aktivitu Brodmannových areí v průběhu všech tří záznamů a rychlá Fourierova transformace poskytla data poměrového výkonu mezi zkoumanými frekvencemi theta a alfa, tzv. T/A index. Poměrový výkon T/A indexu byl pro stanovení konečného výsledku podroben Studentově dvouvýběrovému párovanému T-testu. Výsledky koherenčních grafů poskytly informace o změně aktivace... Title of thesis: Clinical Effectiveness of the Schultz Autogenic Training on the Electrical Activity of the Brain Objectives: The thesis aims to analyze the impact of Schultz autogenic training on brain activity evaluated using EEG Course of action: To obtain the data, an experimental group containing 11 participants aged 20-30, disregarding gender, was created. Participants practiced Schultz autogenic training using the identical audio record once a day during the course of nine weeks. Upon completion of the training, all participants were subjected to one-off measurement by the Nicolet EEG instrument. Brain activity was measured before, during and after the training. Obtained EEG data were processed with NeuroGuide software using coherence analysis and fast Fourier transform. Coherence analysis provided charts mapping the electrical activity of Brodmann areas during the course of all three stages and fast Fourier transform yielded data of performance ratio between theta and alpha frequencies, so called T/A index. Performance ratio of the T/A index was subject to Student's paired t-test in order to draw final conclusion.
