Název: Příslušníci zásahové jednotky Policie České republiky a sebeobrana Cíle: Cílem této práce je zjistit skutečný stav dotovaných hodin sebeobrany a úpolových sportů v zaměstnání, zjistit, zda samotní příslušníci pokládají počet hodin věnovaný výcviku sebeobrany jako dostatečný a porovnat s instruktory, kteří hodiny vytvářejí, zjistit počet hodin věnovaných sebeobraně a úpolovým sportům příslušníky ve volném čase a vyhodnotit nejčastější návrhy na zlepšení konceptu sebeobrany, jak ze strany příslušníku, tak instruktorů. Vyhodnotit jednotlivé zásahové jednotky a ve finále je vyhodnotit jako celek. Získané výsledky pak zpracovat a interpretovat výsledky výzkumu. Metoda: Výzkum problematiky této diplomové práce byl proveden za pomoci dotazníkového šetření, kdy nástrojem výzkumu jsou formuláře dotazníků. Tyto dotazníky budou součástí diplomové práce. Výsledky: Výzkumem této diplomové práce byly zjištěny tyto výsledky. Příslušníci hodnotí čas věnovaný sebeobraně v zaměstnání jako dostatečný. Výcviku sebeobrany v zaměstnání v zásahových jednotkách se věnuje do dvou hodin týdně. Ve volném čase se věnuje sebeobraně a úpolovým sportům 37 z dotazovaných příslušníků, což je převážná většina dotazovaných. Nejčastější shoda u příslušníků a instruktorů v návrhu na zlepšení konceptu sebeobrany v zaměstnání...
