Teoretická část shrnuje současné poznatky z české i zahraniční odborné literatury a klade důraz na správné rozpoznání příčin vzniku trigger pointů a na výběr vhodné terapie. Empirická část si klade za cíl představit možnou terapii TrP na příkladu dvou pacientů s bolestmi v dolním úseku zad s přenesenou bolestí do dolní končetiny. Z nabídky komplexní terapie byla pro tyto kazuistiky vybrána metoda ischemické komprese, techniky měkkých tkání, ultrasonoelektroterapie a kinezioterapie. The first part summarizes the current knowledge of Czech and foreign professional literature and emphasizes the proper recognition of the causes of trigger point and the selection of appropriate therapy. The empirical section aims to present a possible TrP therapy the example of two patients with pain in the lower back section with referred pain in the lower limbs. For this case study study were selected these methods of applied therapy : ischemic compression, soft tissue techniques, physiotherapy and ultrasound - electro therapy. The probands were also examined for Podoskop.
