Abstract: Cieľom tejto práce je popísať a zmapovať situáciu pri zamestnávaní zdravotne postihnutých osôb zo strany zamestnávateľa i zamestnanca, priblížiť vývoj a trendy v tejto problematike. Súčasťou práce je analýza roznych aspektov aktívnej politiky zamestnávania zdravotne postihnutých občanov na trhu práce. Súčasťou práce je i dotazník, ktorý vyplňovali pacienti Psychiatrickej nemocnice v Michalovciach.
