Diplomová práce se zabývá stravovacími návyky na Benešovsku v 50. a 60. letech 20. století. Práce analyzuje výsledky terénního výzkumu, který byl uskutečněn pomocí kvalitativních metod. Výsledky výzkumu pak byly porovnány s teoretickými východisky současné i dobové literatury a pramenů. Cílem práce bylo ilustrovat situaci na malém městě v porovnání s venkovem. Byla porovnávána strava ve všední a sváteční dny a také její proměny v důsledku migrace. Jádrem textu byl popis základních potravin, jejich získávání (nakupování, samozásobitelství,…), zpracování a četnost jejich konzumace. The diploma thesis deals with eating habits in Benešov Region in 50's and 60's of 20th Century. The thesis analyses results of a field research, which was realized by using kvalitative methods. The Results were compared with theoretical basis of contemporary and earlier literature and sources. The aim of this thesis was to illustrate situation in a small town and compare it with the countryside. Ordinary food was compared with festive food and its changes in consequence of migration. The root of the thesis was description of staple food, its gaining (shopping, self-suppling, …), processing and frequency of its consumption.
