Při certifikačních i dozorových prověrkách v IT společnostech podle normy ČSN EN ISO 9001 se opakovaně setkáváme s některými nedostatky a nepřesnostmi aplikace této normy na konkrétní situaci v prověřovaných společnostech. Tento příspěvek vysvětluje některá specifika aplikace této normy pro výrobce SW produktů a napomoci jim lépe se připravit na certifikaci nebo recertifikaci. At the certification and surveillance auditing according to the standard EN ISO 9001 in the organizations producing software, it is possible to meet very often a lot of deficiencies and mistakes in the application of this standard. This paper explains some specific features in the application of standard requirements for the SW producers and helps to prepare for the certification or recertification.
