Journal bearing could be imagined as two eccentric cylinders, separated by fluid. Within this simple geometry we investigate the flow of non-Newtonian fluid. We briefly mention related theoretical results and previous investigations and provide numerical simulations of the planar steady flow within the annular region using the finite element method. We compare several example situations discussing the parameters of the model Kluzné ložisko si můžeme představit jako dva válce s mírně posunutými osami, vzájemně oddělené tekutinou. V této jednoduché geometrii studujeme proudění nenewtonovské tekutiny. Krátce zde zmíníme související teoretické výsledky a předchozí studie. Ukážeme numerické simulace rovinného stacionárního proudění tekutiny v oblasti tvaru mezikruží za použití metody konečných prvků. Porovnáme několik příkladů s různými parametry modelu.
