Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá tématem několikadenních poznávacích autobusových zájezdů a roli tour leadera. Teoretickým jádrem práce je interdisciplinární pojetí turismu jako specifického asambláže praktik používajících zvláštní turistický postoj k lidem, objektům, praktikům druhých a sebe samému. Koncepce třetího prostoru umožňuje překročení definice turisty ve vztahu k tradičním dichotomiím (já - druzí, doma - mimo domov aj.), turista se tak spíše jeví metaforou obou s těchto protikladů, současně prvním a druhým. Turistické zkušenosti v rámci práce jsou považované za psychologický fenomén, jehož součástmi jsou očekávání turistů, vnímání turistických události a vzpomínky účastníků zájezdu. Cílem práce je prozkoumat průběh formování turistických zkušenosti ve specifických podmínkách několikadenních autobusových zájezdů s Běloruska do zemí EU, a odhalit role tour leadera v tomto procesu. The theoretical core is interdisciplinary definition of tourism as a specific assemblage of practices with a relationship to people, objects, practices of others and self. The concept of the third space makes it possible to overcome the established definition of tourist within the traditional dichotomy (self - Other, home - away etc.). Therefore, the tourist is regarded as a metaphor of both these opposites simultaneously. The tourist experiences are concerned here as psychological phenomenon consists of expectations, perception of tourist events and tourist memory. The main objective of this paper is to explore formation of tourist experiences during specific conditions of long bus tours from Belarus to EU countries, and to reveal the importance of tour leader within this process.
