This work deals with roman building terracotas in the area between Vindobona and Brigetio and along Danubian Limes. The first part describes manufacturing of roman bricks, inscriptions, marks and stamps which are used on them. Second part summarizes finds of roman bricks alongside roman buildings on limes romanus. In the third part is considered metodology of research, also there is a focus on Petrological analyses and support of computer software. In this section are tested new ways of comparing of brickstamps with the help of morphometry and accurate measuerment of the stamps. Last part focuses on production and distribution of building material mainly trough river roads. In the end I calculated needed ammount of building material along with the time of production and the time of transportation to the roman forts. Práce se zaobírá římskými stavebními terakotami v oblasti mezi Vindobonou a Brigetiem a její sousední nadlimitní oblasti. První část se věnuje způsobu výroby římských cihel, nápisům, značkám a kolkům, které se na nich vyskytují. Druhá část práce zahrnuje celkovou nálezovou situaci římských stavebních terakot na limitních a nadlimitních stavbách. Taktéž podává stručný přehled stavu výzkumu na jednotlivých táborech. V třetí části se věnuji metodám zkoumání římský stavební keramiky. Zaměřuji se zejména na petrologické analýzy a možnosti počítačové podpory. V této části je navržen a otestován nový systém porovnávaní kolků za pomoci morfometrie a měření přesných rozměrů kartuše kolku. Tyto dva postupy umožňují přesné určení jednotlivých razidel a otvírají nové možnosti přístupu k materiálu. Poslední část práce se věnuje systému produkce a distribuce stavebního materiálu po vodních trasách. Modelově je v ní vypočteno množství potrubního materiálu na jednotlivé objekty, doba, za kterou mohl být vyroben a čas za který mohl být převezen do jednotlivých římských táborů.
