cze Abstract:
Tato práce přibližuje situaci v České republice i v zahraničí a kriticky hodnotí možnosti implementace této metody v rámci českého veřejného zadávání. Social Return on Investment describes all impacts of the organisation, including social and environmental impacts. This analysis is frequently used especially in the countries, where there is an established concept of social economy, for example in the United Kingdom, however, this approach can be beneficial even in the Czech Republic. This essay examines the current situation in the Czech Republic, European Union and in the United Kingdom and critically evaluate the possibility of including the social economical approach into the Czech public procurement. In the practical part of this thesis the process of the analysis is described using example analysis, made for this purpose. Experience from the example analysis are used for the evaluation of benefits and limitations of SROI analysis. Finally the simplified variant of the analysis, which can be suitable to use in Czech Republic will be described. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
