1 Abstrakt Podrobně jsme studovali strukturu vrstevnatého hydroxidu zinečnatého s interkalovaným dodecylsulfátem (LZH-DS). Zjistili jsme, že materiál připravený přímým srážením ve vodě tvoří v organických rozpouštědlech různé fáze lišící se strukturou mezivrstevného prostoru i hydroxidových vrstev. Byly připraveny a studovány tři fáze - "roztažená" (ex) (původní LZH-DS připravená ve vodě), "stažená" (s) a "superstažená" (ss) (připravené třepáním LZH- DS(ex) v methanolu). Při studiu závislosti struktury LZH-DS(ex) na teplotě jsme pozorovali interstratifikaci, což je první pozorovaný případ u vrstevnatých hydroxidů obsahujících anionty s dlouhým alifatickým řetězcem. Výsledky experimentů byly použity pro sestrojení modelů struktur pomocí metod molekulární dynamiky. Filmy obsahující nanodestičky ZnO byly připraveny pomocí metod dip-coating a inkjet printing na skleněných podložkách. Depozicí vznikly ultratenké, transparentní, orientované povrchy ZnO s exponovanými polárními rovinami {001}. Morfologie filmů závisela na použitém způsobu depozice. Filmy připravené metodou dip-coating byly hladké s minimální porozitou, zatímco filmy připravené metodou inkjet printing byly hrubé a jejich povrch dosahoval cca 100-160 m2 g-1 . Rychlostní konstanty fotokatalytické degradace 4-chlorfenolu filmy s orientovanými... 1 Abstract The structure of layered zinc hydroxide intercalated with dodecyl sulfate (LZH-DS) anions was studied in detail. LZH-DS was prepared by direct precipitation in water and formed different phases. The following phases of LZH-DS were prepared - "extended" phase (ex) by direct precipitation in water, "shrunk" (s) and "super-shrunk" (ss) phases via treatment of LZH-DS(ex) phase in methanol. The studies of the thermal behavior of LZH-DS(ex) revealed interstratification of intercalated DS anions. It is the first example of interstratification in layered hydroxides that are intercalated with long aliphatic alkyl chain anions. The experimental results were used for molecular dynamic modelling of the structures. Nanometric thin films were prepared by dip-coating and inkjet printing of ZnO nanosheets on glass plates. The side-by-side alignment of the ZnO nanosheets on the substrate resulted in thin, transparent, oriented ZnO surfaces with the high-energy {001} facets exposed. The method of nanosheet deposition affected the film morphology; the dip-coated films were smooth and nonporous, while the inkjet-printed films were rough and had a surface area in the range of approximately 100-160 m2 g-1 .
