Souhrn: Cíl: Power port je univerzální centrální žilní přístup, vhodný k podávání k. l. při CT vyšetření, až do rychlostí 5 ml/s. Chtěli jsme posoudit techniku navigované implantace portů a jejich přínos pro kvalitu života pacientů. Dále jsme chtěli posoudit využívání power portů při kontrolních Materiál a metodika: V našem souboru byli sledovaní pacienti ze dvou pracovišť, Angiointervenčního oddělení, Radiologické kliniky ve Fakultní nemocnici Hradec Králové a Radiodiagnostického oddělení Pardubické krajské nemocnice a. s. Na těchto pracovištích byly pacientům implantovány power porty a dále byli tito pacienti sledovaní v pravidelných tříměsíčních intervalech dotazníkovou metodou a telefonickým kontaktem. Výkon byl prováděn na obou pracovištích pod ultrazvukovou navigací a skiaskopickou kontrolou. Výsledky: Primární technická úspěšnost výkonu byla 100 %. Na kontrolním snímku hrudníku za 2-4 hod. po výkonu nebyl zaznamenán PNO, ani dislokace katétru mimo HDŽ. Technika implantace konvenčního portového systému a power portu se nijak neliší. Průměrná doba zavedení power portu v našem souboru je 291,5 dní (2-594 dnů). Za dobu sledování v rozpětí 2 - 594 dní, zemřelo celkem 5 pacientů, 30 denní mortalita v našem souboru je 0,8 %. Sto pacientů (95,2 %) neudávalo žádné obtíže po implantování power portového... Summary: Comparison of CT (power) and standard venous port systems in long-term central venous access in outpatients. The aim of our study was to evaluate benefit of use of portsystems during contrast enhanced CT examinations. We studied implantation of power port systems in short and middle time period and also compared the procedure to literature informations. We also studied benefit of power port implantation procedure done under sonographic and fluoroscopic navigation. Materials and methods: There were collected patients of two cooperating departments of interventional radiology. All our patients included in the study had implanted power port systems, the procedure was done by sonographic and fluoroscopic control. We studied periprocedural and late complications of the procedure. We also studied benefit of the power port for contrast enhanced CT follow up during oncologic therapy and frequency of port using by medical staff. We studied perception of implanted power port in our patients in their daily life. Results: The primary technical success of the procedure was 100 % and we had no postprocedural pneumothorax observed. The technique of implantation of ports and power ports is the same. The average follow up in our study is 291,5 days (2-294 days). Five patients died in follow up period 2-594 days....
