[cze][eng] Název: Pohybová příprava dětí předškolního věku v oddílech moderní gymnastiky. Cíle: Cílem práce je porovnání sledovaných tréninkových jednotek ve dvou oddílech zabývajících se moderní gymnastikou. Metody: V práci jsme použili metodu analýzy a komparace (porovnání). Analýza byla využita v části rozboru pohybové přípravy a komparace v porovnávání tréninkové jednotky v jednotlivých oddílech. Výsledky: Byly zjištěny odlišnosti v časovém rozložení tréninkové jednotky a v délce provádění konkrétních cviků flexibility, oba tréninkové plány se rozcházejí s odbornou literaturou. The analysis was utilized in the analysis of movement preparation and comparison of comparing the training unit in each section Results: Differences were detected in the part of temporal distribution of training unit and in the execution time of flexibilities exercises.
