[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá významem psychoterapeutického výcviku při práci s přenosem a protipřenosem ve vztahu pomáhající pracovník a klient. Teoretická část popisuje základní významy pojmů a souvztažnosti mezi přenosem a protipřenosem se zaměřením na pomáhajícího pracovníka v sociální práci. Zabývá se i významem sebezkušenostního psychoterapeutického výcviku pomáhajícího pracovníka pro sebepoznání. Praktická část se zabývá průzkumem profesionálů, trénovaných v psychoterapii a pracujících v sociální oblasti. Cílem průzkumu je prokázat prospěšnost absolvovaného sebezkušenostního psychoterapeutického výcviku pro výkon práce pracovníka pomáhající profese, se zaměřením na přenos a protipřenos. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and mutual relationships between transference and countertransference, with a focus on helping professionals at social work. It deals with the importance of self-experience psychotherapy training for helping professional's self-knowledge. The practical part deals with the quantitative research of professionals, trained in psychotherapy and working in social sphere. The aim of the survey is to demonstrate the usefulness of self-experience psychotherapy training for the work of a helping professional, with a focus on transference and countertransference.
