Diplomová práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním osob se zdravotním postižením na chráněných a tréninkových pracovních místech. Jejím záměrem je upozornit na význam pracovního uplatnění v životě těchto osob, na důležitost osvěty a na potřebnost utváření vstřícného postoje veřejnosti i zaměstnavatelů. Úsilí o pracovní integraci je pojato z hlediska dosažení sociálního začlenění. Diplomová práce teoreticky seznamuje s problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Vysvětluje pojem pracovní rehabilitace záměrně v širší souvislosti jejího obsahu z hlediska aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a jako složku ucelené rehabilitace. V práci je charakterizována oblast sociální podnikání jako jedna z možností, kde může být vytvoření chráněných a tréninkových pracovních míst nosným programem podniku. Představuje operační programy, které v současné době umožňují vznik tréninkových míst. Diplomová práce zahrnuje charakteristiku vybraného subjektu, ve kterém jsou tréninková a chráněná pracovní místa na socioterapeutické farmě realizována. V praktické části práce jsou popsány možnosti využití socioterapeutické farmy při zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Průzkumná část zhodnocuje přínos práce na farmě pro konkrétní osoby se zdravotním postižením zaměstnané na pozici ošetřovatel zvířat. Its intention is to draw attention to the importance of employment in the life of these people, the importance of raising public awareness and the necessity to establish a responsive attitude of the public as well as employers in this sphere. The thesis provides a theoretical background for the issues of employment of the disabled. It intentionally explains the term of vocational rehabilitation in a broader context of active employment policy and as an element of complex rehabilitation. The thesis characterises the sphere of social entrepreneurship as one of the options where the creation of sheltered and training positions may form a central programme of an enterprise. It presents operational programmes which currently enable the creation of training positions. The thesis includes characteristics of a selected entity where training and sheltered positions are implemented on a sociotherapeutic farm. The practical section of the thesis describes the possible ways of utilising the sociotherapeutic farm in the employment of individuals with disabilities.
