V bakalářské práci s názvem "Supervize jako prostředek profesního růstu sociálních pracovníků sociálně- právní ochrany dětí" se zabývám supervizí sociálních pracovků výše uvedeného oddělení. Teoretická část je členěna na dvě stěžejní kapitoly a to kapitola věnojící se socálně-právní ochraně dětí a supervizi. Nejdříve vymezuji sociálně-právní ochranu dětí, kdo ji poskytuje, komu je poskytována a jaké metody socilní práce jsou při ní využívány. V oblastech působení socilního pracovníka SPOD, se snažím poukážat na náročnost profese a tím větší náchynlnost ke vzniku syndromu vyhoření, na který může preventivně působit supervize. Supevizi je dále věnován zbytek prostoru teoretická části, kde se zabývám tím, co supervize představuje, kdo jsou její účastníci a jaký je její proces. Následně se již věnuji vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, jež má za úkol zjistit, zda sociální pracovníci OSPOD považují supervizi za přínosnou/ potřebnou, vzhledem k náročnosti jejich profese a tyto přínozsy pojmenovat. The theoretical part is divided into two main chapters and a chapter devoted to the social and legal protection of children and supervision. I ty show the performance of the profession and the greater suscepti- bility to bornout syndrome, to which may act preventively supervision. Supervision is also dedicated to the rest of the space theoretical part where I disctibe what constitutes supevision, who are the participants and what is the process. Subsequently has been devoted to the evaluation of the survey, which is requited to determine whether social workers OSPOD consider supervision as beneficial/necessary, due to the demands of their profession and to name these benefits.
