Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální náhradě ramenního kloubu Cíle: Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí poznatků týkající se problematiky reverzní totální náhrady ramenního kloubu a ucelené rehabilitace u pacientů s touto diagnózou. Součástí práce je kazuistika pacienta s reverzní totální náhradou ramenního kloubu. Metody: V obecné části jsou teoretické poznatky o anatomii, kineziologii, biomechanice, typech implantátů, indikacích a komplikacích operace. Ve speciální části je zpracována kazuistika pacientky s reverzní totální náhradou ramenního kloubu, která byla vytvořena během souvislé praxe v MediCentru, a.s. v období 6.1.2014 - 31.1.2014, kdy jejím obsahem je vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého terapeutického plánu, popis průběhu jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek a v závěrečné části zhodnocení efektu terapie. Klíčová slova: ramenní kloub, reverzní totální endoprotéza ramenního kloubu, fyzioterapie, kazuistika Title: Case of Study of Physiotherapy Care of Patient after total arthroplasty of the shoulder joint Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize current knowledge about the reverse total arthroplasty of the shoulder joint as well as about comprehensive treatment of patients with this diagnosis. In the second part of the thesis a case of study of physiotherapy is presented. Methods: The theroretical part includes basic characteristics of the illness, ethiopathogenesis, kinesiology, diagnostics, types of implants, surgeries and complications associated with the surgeries. The special part was elaborated with the patient's consent during practice at the MediCentrum from 6 to 31 January, 2014 and includes this patient's case concept, processes and the effects of therapy.
