Cíl práce: Cílem práce je porovnat účinky různých fyzioterapeutických metod (Motorické programy aktivující terapie, Manuální fyzioterapeutická korekce, Vojtova reflexní lokomoce) u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou mozkomíšní. Dalším cílem je porovnat přetrvávající efekt terapií i po ukončení terapeutického programu. Posledním úkolem práce je srovnání vnímání účinku fyzioterapeutem a samotným pacientem. Metoda: 34 ambulantních pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou mozkomíšní bylo náhodně rozděleno do tří skupin (Motorické programy aktivující terapie, Manuální fyzioterapeutická korekce, Vojtova reflexní lokomoce) a podstoupili v průběhu dvou měsíců 20 terapií. Terapie absolvovali 2-3krát týdně, délka jedné terapie byla 60 minut. Klinická vyšetření a dotazníková šetření byla provedena před začátkem terapie, těsně po ukončení a měsíc po ukončení terapeutického programu. Výsledky: U všech skupin došlo ke zlepšení sledovaných parametrů, ale neprokázaly se signifikantní rozdíly mezi jednotlivými skupinami. Určitý efekt terapeutických programů přetrvává i po ukončení terapie. Vnímání účinku fyzioterapeutem a pacientem se liší. U skupiny MPAT hodnotí pacient výsledky lépe, než terapeut. Skupiny MFK a VRL jsou lépe hodnoceny terapeutem. The aim: The aim of this work is to compare the effects of different physiotherapy techniques (Motor programs activating therapy, Manual physiotherapy correction, Vojta's reflex locomotion) in patients with multiple sclerosis. Another aim is to compare the effect of continuing therapy after completion of the therapeutic program. The last aim of the study is to compare the perception of the effect of a physical therapist and the patient himself. The Method: 34 ambulant patients with multiple sclerosis were randomly divided into three groups (Motor programs activating therapy, Manual physiotherapy correction, Vojta's reflex locomotion) and underwent during two months 20 therapies. They passed the therapy 2-3 times per week, length of one therapy was 60 minutes. Clinical examination and questionnaire survey was conducted before the start of therapy, immediately after the end of the therapy program, and one month after the end of the therapy program. Results: All groups showed improvement observed parameters, but there were not indicate the significant differences between groups. Some effect of therapeutic programs persists even after cessation of therapy. Perception of the effect by physiotherapist and patient is different.
