The name of this work is "the Nutrition Day in the Intensive Care Unit" and includes the option of diagnosis of malnutrition, and overview of the standardized nutrition questionnaires needed for nutrition screening and a description of the specifics of patient's nutrition in these units. In the practical part of this thesis it is discussed the project "the Nutrition Day in the Intensive Care Unit in a Hospital". It presents, compares and evaluates the data obtained during the research. This project is involved in a worldwide program called "Nutrition Day".
