Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je získání teoretických a praktických znalostí týkajících se dané problematiky a jejich aplikace při zpracování detailní kazuistiky pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Metody: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část obecnou a speciální. Obecná část je věnována problematice totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Zde popisuji anatomii a kineziologii kyčelního kloubu. Dále se v práci zabývám koxartrózou, která je nejčastější indikací k totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. Zmiňuji zde také typy totálních endoprotéz a možné pooperační komplikace. Nedílnou součástí práce je navazující léčebná rehabilitace. Ve speciální části je rozpracována kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Kazuistika byla zpracována během praxe probíhající v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici od 6. 1. - 31. 1. 2014. Obsahuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, záznam jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Podařilo se zrealizovat stanovené cíle. Dosáhlo se výrazného zvýšení kloubního rozsahu v oblasti levé dolní končetiny, byl zredukován otok v oblasti... Title: Case study of a physiotherapy care of a patient after total hip replacement Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to get a theoretical and practical knowledge of the implementation of the total hip replacement and its application within the pacient's care. Methods: The bachelor thesis is divided into the General part and the Special part. The General part is dedicated to the total hip replacement issue. I was trying to describe the anatomy and kinesiology of the hip. Than I have been focusing on a coxarthritis, which is the most often diagnosed before the total hip replacement. I also mentioned the types of the total hip replacement and possible post-surgery complication. The important part of the thesis is following treating rehabilitation. In special part I was elaborating a case study of a patient with the total hip replacement. The Case study was made up during the training in the General military hospital (Jan 6th - Jan 31st 2014). It contains input case study, the record of the single therapeutic units, output case study and finally treatment therapy evaluation. Results: I manage the aims of the thesis.
