Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po plastice předního a zadního zkříženého vazu kolenního kloubu Cíle práce: Cílem obecné části této práce je shrnout teoretické poznatky o poranění měkkých struktur kolenního kloubu a možnostech jeho léčení, zejména fyzioterapeutické péče po plastikách vazů. Cílem speciální části je prezentace kazuistiky pacienta po plastice předního a zadního zkříženého vazu kolenního kloubu. Souhrn: Práce obsahuje dvě části - obecnou a speciální. V obecné části jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky o poranění měkkých struktur kolenního kloubu, možnostech jeho vyšetření, zejména speciálních testů a možnostech jak konzervativní, tak operativní léčby. Speciální část je prezentací kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po plastice předního a zadního zkříženého vazu kolenního kloubu, se kterým jsem pracovala během souvislé odborné praxe ve Vojenské nemocnici ve Střešovicích ve dnech 21.-31. 1. 2014. U pacienta vlivem cílené rehabilitace došlo v operovaném koleni k snížení otoku, zvětšení rozsahu pohybu, posílení oslabených svalů, obnovení kloubní vůle a zlepšení dalších parametrů. Tím pádem došlo k celkově lepší dynamické stabilizaci kolenního kloubu. Byly ošetřeny jizvy a pacient byl edukován o autoterapii. Klíčová slova: Kolenní kloub, rehabilitace po... Then, to present casuistry of the patient after plastic reconstruction of anterior and posterior cruciate ligament. Summary: Thesis consists of two parts - general and special. In the general part, theoretic information about injuries of soft structures of the knee joint is summarised, as well as overview of posibilities of its examination (especially special tests) and therapy, both conservative and operative. The special part presents a casuistry of physiotherapy care of patient after plastic reconstruction of anterior and posterior ligament of the knee joint. Author worked with this patient while practising in Military University Hospital in Prague, since 2014-01-21 to 2014-01-31. By the means of special rehabilitation we achieve in operated knee joint decreasing of swelling, increasing of range of motion, strenghtening of weakened muscles, restoration of joint play and improving of other parameters.
