Diplomová práce se věnuje udržitelnosti sociálních podniků založených NNO po skončení projektu podpořeného v rámci Výzvy č. 30 OPLZZ "Sociální ekonomika". V první části práce je teoretické vymezení konceptů sociální ekonomiky a sociálního podnikání a pojetí sociálního podniku v českém prostředí. Větší pozornost je věnována sociálním podnikům integračního typu. Pojetí udržitelnosti sociálních podniků je představeno z pohledu několika zahraničních výzkumů a také zatím jediného výzkumu z českého prostředí na toto téma - Evaluace podpory sociálního a inkluzivního podnikání v OPLZZ. V rámci výzkumu byla zkoumána schopnost 11 integračních sociálních podniků fungovat i po skončení finanční podpory z OPLZZ, dále se výzkum věnuje otázce dalších možností podpory sociálních podniků. Všechny zkoumané podniky fungují i po skončení projektu a většina z nich je finančně soběstačná nebo k tomu alespoň směřuje. Uvítaly by však určitou podporu, ideálně v jiné formě než další granty. Chybí zde ucelený a propojený systém podpory sociálních podniků. Takový systém může být jen obtížně nastaven bez legislativního ukotvení sociálního podnikání. Šímová, Jana. 2015. The diploma thesis focuses on the sustainability of social enterprises founded by NGOs after the end of their projects supported by the Call no. 30 HREOP "Social Economy". The first part contains the theoretical definition of the concepts of social economy and social entrepreneurship and conception of social enterprise in the Czech environment. More attention is paid to work integration social enterprises. The concept of sustainability of social enterprises is presented from the perspective of international research and also the only one Czech survey on this subject - Evaluation of Supporting Social and Inclusive Entrepreneurship in HREOP. The research examined the ability of 11 work integration social enterprises to operate their business after the end of financial support from HREOP. The research is also analysing other support possibilities for social enterprises. All surveyed enterprises operate after the end of the project and most of them are financially self-sufficient or at least heading to it.
