Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice předlužování českých domácností, jejím dopadům a způsoby prevence. Jako základní teoretické koncepty jsou použity teorie vzdělávání a teorie konzumní společnosti. Práce analyzuje rozsah a způsoby zadlužování domácností v České republice, charakterizuje příčiny a důsledky předlužení domácností a možnosti řešení předlužení pomocí institutu oddlužení. Jednou z variant, která se nabízí k předcházení předlužení, je zvyšování finanční gramotnosti. Veřejně politickým nástrojem, který stát v této oblasti uplatňuje je finanční vzdělávání v základním a středním školství. V rámci této práce byl proveden výzkum v konkrétní rodině, která se potýká s předlužením. Byl popsán vznik a vývoj zadlužení, následné předlužení a způsob jeho řešení. Zároveň bylo uvedeno, jak probíhala výchova k hospodaření s financemi v rodině a jaké je dosažené vzdělání obou manželů. Na základě tohoto výzkumu bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření na střední integrované škole. Cílem bylo zjistit vztah koncových příjemců finančního vzdělávání k financím, hospodařením s vlastními finančními prostředky a vnímání přínosu finančního vzdělávání. Na téže škole jsem se dotazovala vyučujících, kteří jim znalosti v oblasti financí předávají a jak oni sami vnímají přínos finančního vzdělávání. Na základě... This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the over-indebtedness of Czech households, its impacts and prevention methods. There are theories of education and consumerist society theories applied as basic theoretical concepts. The thesis analyses the scope and the over- indebtedness ways in the Czech Republic, it describes the causes and the implications of over- indebtedness of households and possibilities or over-indebtedness solution via the form of the debt relief. One of the possibilities how to prevent the over-indebtedness is to increase the financial literacy. The publically political tool used by the state is the financial education within the primary and secondary school systems. There was carried out a research in a particular family struggling with the over-indebtedness within this thesis. There was described the indebtedness origin and the development, the subsequent over-indebtedness and the way how to solve it. It was also described how the education for management of family finances was carried out, what the educational level of the married couple is and what the financial literacy level is.
