Ergonomické aspekty práce zubního lékaře Ergonomie je multidisciplinární vědní obor, který se zabývá vztahem mezi člověkem a pracovním prostředím s cílem zajistit ochranu zdraví a dosáhnout optimální výkonnosti v pracovním procesu. Znalost a dodržování zásad ergonomie je účinné preventivní opatření vzniku onemocnění pohybového aparátu, která ohrožují zubní lékaře při výkonu povolání. Cílem práce bylo vyhodnotit pomocí dotazníkového šetření pracovní podmínky, prostředí a návyky českých zubních lékařů před rokem 1989 a nyní, zjistit prevalenci onemocnění pohybového aparátu mezi zubními lékaři a analyzovat faktory, které mohou toto onemocnění ovlivnit. Z šetření vyplynulo, že zubní lékaři jsou vesměs informováni o zásadách ergonomické práce, pracují v příznivých podmínkách s nástroji, které ergonomický způsob práce umožňují. Většina zubních lékařů při práci u zubního křesla sedí, ale v nevhodné pozici vedle hlavy pacienta, který je ošetřován vsedě. Většina lékařů pracuje pouze s jednou přestávkou na oběd a ošetřuje denně nadměrný počet pacientů. Ze získaných výsledků vyplývá, že chybí syntéza využití technických možností a teoretických znalostí s praktickým provedením a dodržováním zásad ergonomické práce. Ergonomic aspects of dental practice Ergonomics as a multidisciplinary science dealing with the relationship between the human and the working environment to ensure the health and achieve optimum performance in the process. Knowledge of and adherence to the principles of ergonomics is an effective preventive measures of musculoskeletal diseases that threaten the dentists at work. The aim of this work was evaluated by questionnaire survey working conditions, environment and habits of Czech dentists before 1989 and now, determine the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders among dentists and analyze the factors that may affect the disorders. The survey showed that dentists are all aware of the principles of ergonomic work, working in good conditions with tools that enable ergonomic way of working.
