Bakalářská práce se snaží poskytnout ucelený přehled informací o drogové problematice v České republice. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat součastný stav drogové scény uvnitř českých věznic ve spojitosti s odsouzenými osobami, které mají zkušenost s návykovou látkou. V teoretické části práce vycházím z odborné literatury, kde vymezuji základní informace o Vězeňské službě, o současných rizicích a situaci drog ve vězení, o léčbě a terapii odsouzených osob se závislostí. V praktické části práce je použit kvantitativní výzkum směřující k drogám ve vězení. Výzkum poukazuje na nejčastější drogy ve vězení, průnik drog do věznic, na život s drogou a závislostí za mřížemi věznic. Na základě teoretických poznatků, vlastních zkušeností a hypotéz vycházím v praktické části. V bakalářské práci se snažím o komplexní i aktuální přehled o drogách v českých věznicích. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to survey and describe the current state of the drugs issue in czech prison's system based on the experiences of prisoners. The theoretical part is based on literature research and there are described Prison Service of the Czech Republic, problems of addictive substances in prisons systems and possibilities of addiction treatment in prisons. In empirical part is quantitative research which using a questionnaire. In the end of empirical part are described possibilities of prevalence of drugs and their penetration into prisons in Czech Republic. I tried to described current overview about drugs in Czech prisons in my bachelor thesis.
